Main Responsibilities:
- Follow the guidelines of a Team Lead
- Follow Farm’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Help to set up and launch an indoor hydroponic farm upon the provided instructions
- Farm Operations, Farm Management
- Improve SOPs for Cultivation Team
- Manage Cultivation Team
- Lead farm operation team, crop production
- Maintain and improve the operational condition of all growing facilities
- Grow from seeds, clone
- Ensure high performance and efficiency of farm operation team
- Achievement of planned harvest indicators
- Ensure availability and efficiency of machine/equipment
- Ensure quality/timeliness of other farm tasks including data collection, crop trial reports, and weekly operational reports that highlight successes and areas of improvement with recommendations and solutions for operational enhancements/problem solving
- Experience in Crop Production / Agronomist, preferred experience in hydroponic growing. Not less than 1-3 years
- Good knowledge of farming practices
- English
- Industrial-scale growing experience
- Skills/knowledge in plant physiology, plant nutrients, chemical management, and IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
- Good understanding of insects and plant diseases, and control
- Experience in farm management is an advantage
- Fluent English and Thai speaker
- A successful candidate can discuss relocation

- Deep understanding / extensive experience in the Cannabis industry in Canada and worldwide
- Knowledge of different cannabis brands, and understanding of medical and recreational cannabis products. B2B and B2C expert
- Knowledge of the main players in the cannabis export-import market.
- 3-5 years in the industry
Responsibilities:
- Сreation of a strategy for promoting the company's products on the international cannabis market
- Consult for new products includes activities that companies undertake to innovate and introduce new products and services
- Help to create a network of interactions with the best manufacturers in the industry
- Identify, evaluate and execute strategies to create new opportunities
- Consulting on global cannabis import/export arrangements, industry best practices in North America and Europe, and legal issues.
- Advising on the selection of cannabis products in the Canadian market
- Cannabis best-selling practices advising
Preferred experience:
- Experience in a cannabis manufacturing and consulting company, preferably as a development manager or project manager
- Сounseling experience
- Familiar with the legal framework for the export and import of cannabis in different countries
- Connections and contacts of manufacturers and exporters in the industry
